Stop everything you are doing and take a long, slow, deep breath in. Exhale very slowly from your mouth…
Do this twelve times in a row exhaling for approximately twice the inhalation time.
Then close your eyes and count down from 47 to 0 slowly. Please, just do it.
Open your eyes and stare at any non-moving spot for a count of 13.

You are someone over the edge and falling deeply towards some kind of serious mental or physical illness. It is important that you stop what you are doing in your life as soon as possible and seek your health and well-being professionals, yoga teachers, and other support networks for advice. Tell them you are “very concerned” about your “stress levels” and “want to learn to relax”.
Even though many of you may feel like you’re really happy periodically, it won’t last at this pace or rate. Plan a break or a short holiday very soon, and on that break, re-think your work, relationships and leisure activities.
Build more relaxation into your life and let go of a few goals, desires and habits; just leave the things that really matter. Wind down over the next few months and try to get a bit more balance in your life.
